Information on Return Conditions
You may return the product(s) you have purchased within 30 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason, provided that the following conditions are met:

You must create a return request by selecting the product(s) you wish to return via the easy return option on Victoriassecret.com.tr. You must then deliver your products to the Sürat Cargo branch or the store you selected within 7 days using the return code provided to you. Please ensure your return code is written clearly, legibly, and in a way that it will not be erased on the package by the cargo officer or store staff.

- If you send with non-contracted cargo companies, the shipping cost must be paid by you; otherwise, the shipment will not be accepted.
- In case of return of the product, the product price will be refunded within thirty (30) days from the moment the notification regarding the right of withdrawal reaches us. You can track your refund with your bank reference number through your bank. If you did not pay the shipping fee due to a campaign, Victoria's Secret reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee from the total sales amount in case of cancellation of the campaign order.
- If all products related to the same order are returned, the shipping fee will be refunded to you.
- If the original packages, boxes, and packaging (such as perfumes, gift sets, etc.) in your order are damaged, if all accessories sent to you are not returned completely, or if the products in your order have been used or their resalability is compromised, or if the return is not sent in its special box, the return will not be accepted.
- There is no legal right of withdrawal, even if unused, for the following products:
- Products or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in financial markets and are not under the control of Victoria's Secret,
- Products prepared according to the customer's requests or personal needs (such as gift packages customized with modifications/additions for the person/personal needs),
- Products whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or package have been opened after delivery, that have been used or tried on and are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, such as perfumes, body sprays, body creams, body oils, body lotions, panties, silicone bras, corsets, bodysuits, teddies, babydolls, all lower-upper lingerie sets, lipsticks, face masks, peeling, scrubs, etc.
- Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature,
- Services started to be performed with the customer's approval before the right of withdrawal period expires,
- Returns are possible only for unused bikinis and swimsuits with hygiene bands, provided they are delivered with undamaged packaging, complete, and without compromising their resalability.
- If the invoice of the product is issued in the name of a company, it must be sent together with a return invoice issued by the company excluding shipping costs, as "Product Unit Price + VAT"; otherwise, the return cannot be processed. A "Easy Return Request" must be created on our website, and it should be delivered to the Sürat Cargo branch or selected store together with the return invoice.
- Partial returns are not accepted for promotional or campaign products purchased as a set. In case of return, all campaign products must be returned together.
